Tonight: Imagining a More Livable Niagara Falls: ‘A Community Conversation’

TONIGHT: ‘Imagining a More Livable Niagara Falls: A Community Conversation,’ the final of six weekly programs exploring solutions for the future of the City of Niagara Falls, will take place tonight, June 6, 6 – 8 PM, at the Niagara Falls Rail Station, 825 Depot Avenue.

For this final event, the featured speaker and panel will be…You! yes, that’s right; we’ll be handing things over to the public. Come join an open community conversation.

The six-week series Imagining a More Livable Niagara Falls was initiated by a group of local activists joined by the City of Niagara Falls, NYS Chapter of the Congress for the New Urbanism, and Partners for a Livable Western New York. The events are designed to focus on the built environment and livability of the City, and will address mobility, housing, placemaking, and the relationship between government and developers. Each program will include a panel discussion. Attendees will have an opportunity to present questions to the presenter and panelists at each session. The final upcoming program on Thursday, June 6 will invite the public to be both presenter and panelist, in a community conversation about the future of the City.
