The 2017 Livable Community Awards will be held TONIGHT, Thursday, September 28, 6:00 PM, at the Hotel @ The Lafayette in Downtown Buffalo. Partners for a Livable WNY is recognizing the developments, people, organizations, and municipalities that have made innovative contributions to the resurgence of Western New York communities. Two of the four honoree categories will have an overall award winner judged by a panel of three out-of-town New Urbanist architects—from Rochester, Detroit, and South Carolina—who will be visiting the projects and people nominated in those categories.
